Practicing competition law in Serbia and the region is becoming increasingly complex as the local competition authorities grow in sophistication, practice, and EU-educated staff. It is therefore extremely important to understand and closely follow the relevant EU rules and developments in this area, since these serve as the “source”, in one way or another, for the regional rules and practice.
